Site Inspections: We will gladly meet with delegates from your group and show them hotels, meeting places, event sites and what Conventions San Antonio has planned for them.

Meet and Greet: Members of the Convention San Antonio staff will meet members of your group as they arrive and welcome them to San Antonio. They will then be taken to their hotel and updated on the group's schedule.

Free Hospitality Desk: A great source of information. Your members can find out about local restaurants and hot spots, sign up for tours, get ticket information on local events or reserve tee times.

Conventions San Antonio also handles pre and post convention tours, incentive travel and any special requests you might have.
